AlphaFeed provides AI-scored crypto news signals, real-time pump.fun token alerts, market briefs, and a coin analyzer tool delivered via Telegram and a web interface. The Service is for informational purposes only.

All content on AlphaFeed is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Crypto markets are highly volatile. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Never invest more than you can afford to lose.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in USDC on the Solana blockchain.
• Payments are non-refundable once processed.
• Subscriptions auto-expire after 30 days unless renewed.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 14 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell or redistribute AlphaFeed signals or content.
• Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in wash trading.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring algorithm or API.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information. Past performance of calls does not indicate future results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaFeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including trading losses.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, without notice or refund.
